Licensed practitioner in New Hampshire (RSA 329 or 326-B) with experience providing medical services to clients with behavioral health or substance use disorder needs.
Duties the rule assigns
- Overseeing the quality of medical care and services at the facility
- Determining, within 24 hours prior to admission, whether an individual is medically cleared to participate in facility activities/programming
