DC's Assisted Living Residence Regulation Act (DC Code Title 44, Ch. 1) has no dedicated medical-director subchapter among its 14 subchapters (licensure, staffing, medication management, etc. — no physician-director role). Separately, 22-B DCMR Ch. 34 (Community Residence Facilities, i.e. group homes) has a section literally titled 'Medical Coverage' (§22-B3401) whose full text this pass could not retrieve (dcregs.dc.gov blocks automated full-text access) — genuinely unresolved; don't rely on this absence for group homes specifically without checking that section directly.
